From the time it was discovered, it has been the favorite place of tourists from all over the world. There is a famous saying that seeing Ansoo Lake is not so common. Babusar Pass or Babusar Top is a mountain pass in Pakistan at the north of the 150 km (93 miles) long Kaghan Valley, connecting it via the Thak Nala with Chilas on the Karakoram Highway (KKH).

The Mansehra Shiva Temple, which is known for its yearly Shivarathri celebration, is located in the city.
